Morfins

Emerging from the serene hills of Sikkim in late 2019, Morfins quickly carved a name for themselves as one of the region’s energetic bands. Blending the raw grit of grunge rock with the heavy intensity of metal, their music struck a deep chord with fans across the Region.

Fronted by the Rajen on vocals, with Saran delivering the bass lines, Roshan weaving riffs on guitar, and Anmol driving the heartbeat on drums, Morfins built a reputation for live shows that were as unforgettable as they were unapologetic.

In 2022, the band’s hard work and talent paid off when they won the prestigious RedFest, a celebrated annual music campaign organized by the Recovering Users Network (RUN) in Sikkim. This milestone cemented their place as a rising force in the regional music scene.

Their breakout track, “Darkness,” became a show grabber, earning recognition and praise across the region. With its haunting melodies and raw emotional power, the song showcased Morfins’ ability to merge intensity with artistry.

Though the band became inactive after 2024 due to unavoidable circumstances, their impact continues to resonate. Morfins remains a symbol of passion, authenticity, and the thriving rock spirit of Sikkim.
